Quality Builders Warranty – Updated
Beginning July 1st, 2024, a new process will be used to submit a warranty claim for homeowners who are covered by QBW Home warranty. This applies to customers who are still within their 1st and 2nd year warranty coverage period. You will no longer be able to submit Year 1 and Year 2 warranty claims thru QBW’s portal.
- Year 1 Covers defects in workmanship and materials, as well as major structural defects, including lot grading and drainage, roofing, siding, masonry, concrete, chimneys, fireplaces, windows, doors, interior walls, trim, cabinets, countertops, cooling, and heating.
- Year 2 Covers defects in wiring, piping, and duct-work, as well as major structural defects, including lack of water supply, septic system failures, pipe leaks, and clogged drains and sewers

If it has been more than 2 years since you closed, your home is still under warranty.
Your warranty for years 3-10 covers major structural defects and claims must be submitted directly to QBW. You must submit this Major Structural Defect Information Form by certified mail to QBW to the following address.
