    Warranty Claim

    Description of defects - up to 10 items can be submitted at once.

    All warranty requests must be submitted in writing. We ask that you use this form for all your warranty service requests. Verbal requests made by telephone will not be accepted. General maintenance matters, which are the responsibility of the homeowner, will not be considered as a warrantable item. Please reference your Limited Warranty Addendum for clarification of what is covered. In the space provided below, detail the nature of the claim and please be as specific as possible. A homeowner or resident over the age of 18 must be present in the home for any needed evaluation or repair.
